Operating principle

​

The SF 50 CIP is a second-generation combined and versatile volumetric dispenser. It is capable of dosing with high precision:

  • liquid mixtures;

  • semi-liquid products;

  • pasty products;

  • products with inclusions;

  • low-temperature products.

The SF 50 CIP does not need to be disassembled for cleaning.

The system's logic ensures that, during the washing phase, the dispenser positions itself in such a way that it can be entirely traversed by a washing flow.

This operation is executed via a command on the operator panel. The operator panel allows for unlimited work and washing recipes.

The standard washing recipe, set via the panel, includes:

  • flushing with non-recirculated water;

  • flushing with temperature-controlled detergent/degreaser (recoverable);

  • flushing with sanitizer (acid/peracetic).

The dosing can be configured as:

  • single;

  • dual coaxial;

  • dual side-by-side;

  • dual stacked.
